SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- What: Altera Corporation (NASDAQ:ALTR) is participating in the 2003 SoC Online Conference, "Tooling Up for 2003." This series of seven interactive presentations sponsored by Electronic Engineering Times will be held Oct. 14-15. The conference will focus on some of the key market and technology challenges facing the SoC community in the next 12 to 18 months.
