Arrow Electronics Kicks Off Their Annual Arrowfest Exhibitions of Technology

MELVILLE, N.Y., Oct. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Arrow Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:ARW) kicked off their annual Arrowfest exhibitions of technology in Boston joining hundreds of Arrow employees, suppliers, and customers from coast-to-coast.

Arrowfest will next stop in Eden Prairie, Minnesota where ADI, Altera, Fujitsu, IDT, Intel, International Rectifier, Microchip, Micron, Motorola, ARC International, National Semiconductor, ON Semiconductor, Philips Semiconductors, ST Microelectronics, and Texas Instruments will host a variety of engineering seminars. Hundreds of engineers and Arrow customers are expected to attend.

For over six years Arrowfest seminars have proven to be valuable in providing participants with advanced knowledge on new concepts, design techniques, and innovative technologies. In addition to strengthening relationships with suppliers and customers, Arrowfest invites suppliers from both Arrow's North American Components and North American Computer Products divisions to showcase their capabilities and unique product mix.

Arrowfest 2003 will now move westward to the following locations:

Silicon Valley: October 9
San Diego: October 16
Phoenix: October 23
